The Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors® (CAHPI) is a great example of an organization taking full advantage of the Joomla! CMS.

The site is bilingual, and the power of Joomla makes it a simple process to manage both English and French content. The CMS presents the content manager with a list of English pages that require translation to French, and will also inform the content manager when an existing English page and French page are out of sync (that is, when an English page has been changed, but the French page has not been updated).

CAHPI also has a members only area on the web site. This is a core feature of Joomla, which means that anyone with a Joomla powered web-site can easily set up their site so that users must login in order to see content.

CAHPI uses a Joomla-integrated document management system to provide organized and permissions-based access to a variety of documents.

CAHPI BC was impressed with the features on the CAHPI site and was referred to MarketAccess. Their Joomla powered web site will be launched in early 2009.
