What type of payment do you accept?

Are there any discounts if I paid annually?

YES! If you prepay for 11 months of hosting, you get one month free. Basically 12 months of hosting for the price of 11 months. Please note Canadian residents will be billed GST.

And if we are custom designing your site, or have been referred by one of our customers, you get 3 months of free hosting!

How long does it take to setup an account after I order?

This depends on the service offered.

For both Hosting and SiteBuilder Plans, set up will be completed within 1 business day and you can be on-line the next day.

For the smallBIZ packages, we include custom template design. This means we revise a template of your choice to create a unique and different design. This is generally completed within 10 business days.

What type of support can I expect?

For all customers, we offer 24/7/365 helpdesk, email, and live chat technical support assistance. In addition, we have a number of help files addressing common asked questions. These files are provided in our members section.

For smallBIZ clients, we assign a project manager to your project to help you during the set up of your website. The project manager takes you through the process of developing your unique template design and is available during the entire start up process of your project.
